Future Costs

To simplify supplier cost price updates, future changes can be entered in advance of the update, this page explains how the steps to follow to set future costs.

Setting Future Dated Costs

Follow these steps add future costs:

1. Find the required purchase line from the product list using search or product type filters

2. Click Supplier Details tab

3. Click Prices As Of and choose Create New, select the required Date and click OK

   If there are existing future cost changes these are displayed by date in the drop down and above the drop down with 'Future Costs Prices Exist'

   

4. Update the Cost Prices as required

   No other changes can be made to other settings within the suppliers table
